Maintenance & Support

Your Site, Looked After.

A great website at launch is only the beginning. Search algorithms shift, competitors invest in their sites, and content goes stale. Our maintenance plans keep your site technically sound, your content current, and your rankings moving in the right direction.

A Website Isn't a One-Time Project

Most small business owners launch a site and move on. Six months later, Google has flagged indexing issues, a competitor has outranked them on three key search terms, and the contact form has been broken for two weeks without anyone noticing.

Our maintenance plans treat your website like the business asset it is — monitored, maintained, and actively managed so problems get caught before they cost you customers.

What Gets Missed Without Maintenance

Indexing errors in Search Console

Pages invisible to Google

PageSpeed regression after updates

Rankings quietly drop

Broken forms or links

Lost leads, no notification

Outdated content

Trust and relevance signals weaken

Competitor ranking gains

Market share lost without knowing

FAQ

Common Questions

What counts as a minor content update?

Minor content updates include text changes, image swaps, adding or removing items from a list, updating hours or contact information, and similar small edits. Structural layout changes, new sections, or new pages are not included in minor updates — those are covered in the Premium plan or scoped separately.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are paid upfront at a discounted rate — roughly two months free compared to monthly billing — and run for 12 months.

What is a competitor ranking check?

Each quarter we check how your site ranks for your key search terms compared to three local competitors you specify. You get a plain-English summary of where you stand, where they're outranking you, and what's driving the gap. It's a concrete way to see whether your SEO is improving over time.

Do I need a maintenance plan if my site was just built?

A newly built site is in great shape — but Google's algorithms, your competitors, and your own business all change over time. A maintenance plan ensures your site stays technically sound, your content stays current, and any indexing issues get caught early rather than quietly costing you rankings.

What happens if I need something outside the plan?

Anything outside the scope of your plan is quoted separately at our standard project rate. Maintenance clients get priority scheduling and a discounted hourly rate on out-of-scope work.

Not Sure Which Plan Is Right?
